Body/Mind Work

My undergraduate degree is in psychology.  Following this I studied and completed Ilana Rubenfelds program, Rubenfeld Synergy.

A Body/Mind session is approximately an hour long. It is performed with clothes on and can be done sitting, standing, or lying on the massage table. I use light touch, but it is not a massage.
